Order and payment information when you make a purchase — your name, shipping address, and order details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Square; we do not store your full card number.
Usage information such as pages visited and general device data, collected automatically to operate and improve the site.

To fulfill and ship your orders and provide customer service.
To send you marketing emails, and — only with your consent — marketing text messages.
To operate, secure, and improve our website and offerings.
To comply with our legal obligations.

SMS / text-message program

If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (such as launch news, offers, and cart reminders) from Venus Mercury Aromatics at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used solely to operate our own SMS program.

We use Klaviyo as our messaging provider to send these messages on our behalf. Your mobile information is shared with Klaviyo only to deliver our program, never for their independent marketing.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business — for example, Square (payments), Klaviyo (email and SMS delivery), and Netlify (website hosting) — and only as needed to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Email: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
Text: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Access or deletion: email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children
